Late Sunday Afternoon, Duranbah, NSW, 14 December 2008
The last three weeks have produced little more than a wind blown ripple by the way of waves. Despite this the weather has been spectacularly warm with many a crystal clear day hitting the coast followed by some of the fiercest storms I've ever seen, fortunately we have escaped them unscathed!

This weeks updates bring a couple of shots taken very late afternoon and early evening and a shot of our encounter with a Coastal Carpet Python on 16 December, very cool, he or she was sunning itself on the scrub atop Point Danger.

The Perfect Wave of the Week comes from a late surf at Duranbah on Sunday Afternoon, about 1/2 a ft of swell, but it was shaping up nicely and we had fun.

Stay Safe in the lead up to Christmas and get out there and enjoy the world around you, there is heaps to see!

Cheers, Paul
