2009 Quikkie Pro...

8 March 2009 ~ Congrats to Stephanie Gilmore winning the 2009 Roxy Pro today in sensational conditions at Snapper Rocks. Steph beat Hawiian Melanie Bartels in a thrilling final ~ watch out for images of Steph in the next couple of days.

In the mens competition Dane Reynolds scored a perfect 10 with a flying aerial assault in Round 2, Kelly Slater was bundled out in Round 3 and the local boys Joel Parkinson and Mick Fanning turned it on to show everyone how to surf Snapper Rocks.

To add to some spectacular surfing the ocean turned on awesome waves in late Jan, early feb and mother nature turned on amazing sunrises and sunsets!
